Directions:

If you are coming from west end of Davenport (such as our Fairmount outpatient facility) follow Highway 22 West towards Buffalo, IA. On Highway 22 the grassy median will end. You will take a right off Highway 22 right before the City of Buffalo sign on Utah Avenue. Follow the road straight past residential housing and farm/wood appearing land. You will see a pond and a UnityPoint Health sign on your left. Continue to past that until you reach a parking area at the end of the road. We are the beige/brown building on your left.
